These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nectrium website and describe the general basis on which Nectrium provides its services.
1. About Nectrium

3. Free consultations
Submitting the consultation form does not create a contract or obligation to purchase services.
A free consultation is an opportunity to understand a business's needs, discuss potential opportunities and determine whether Nectrium's services are suitable.
Nectrium may decline a consultation where its services are not suitable.
4. Services and proposals
The exact deliverables, scope, fees, timescales and responsibilities for client work will be set out in a quotation, proposal, statement of work or separate agreement where applicable.
Where there is a conflict, the specific written client agreement takes precedence over these general Terms.
5. Pricing
Prices shown on the Services & Packages page are subject to change and do not constitute a final quotation unless explicitly stated. Current published starting prices include:
- Website: from €2,500
- Google Ads: from €1,500
- Complete: from €3,500
- Ongoing management: custom quote
Third-party costs such as advertising spend, domains, hosting, software subscriptions or other platform charges may be separate unless expressly included.
6. Website services
Website projects are delivered according to the agreed scope.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, branding, images and other materials they supply to Nectrium, and for having the necessary rights to use those materials.
7. Google Ads services
Nectrium may provide Google Ads strategy, setup, management, optimisation, tracking and related services.
Advertising outcomes depend on factors outside Nectrium's control, including competition, search demand, budgets, market conditions, Google systems and advertising policies. Nectrium does not guarantee:
- A particular number of clicks
- Enquiries
- Sales
- Customers
- Revenue
- Rankings
- Return on advertising spend
Advertising spend is paid directly to Google and is separate from Nectrium's management fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Third-party platforms
Nectrium may use or integrate third-party services such as Google and other software, hosting or advertising platforms. Those services operate under their own policies, terms, systems and limitations.
9. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide information, materials, access and approvals reasonably required to carry out agreed work. Delays caused by missing content, access or approvals may affect timelines.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to Nectrium is accurate and lawful.
10. Intellectual property
Client-owned materials remain the client's property.
Ownership or licensing of commissioned deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement.
Nectrium retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, systems, processes, templates, know-how and reusable components unless expressly transferred in writing. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.
11. Website content and estimates
Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes.
Statistics and estimates published by Nectrium are identified as estimates where applicable and are not guarantees of future business results.
12. Website availability
Nectrium aims to keep the website available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Irish law.
To the extent permitted by law, Nectrium is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded or restricted.
14. Force majeure
Nectrium is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control.
15. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory legal rights or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.
